1. Donations Are Generally Non-Refundable

Because LissLovesYou Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all donations are considered charitable contributions and are non-refundable.

Once a donation is made, we immediately allocate funds toward our mission, outreach programs, and services. For this reason, we cannot typically reverse or refund completed donations.

2. Exceptions

We understand that mistakes can happen. We may consider refund requests under limited circumstances, such as:

• A duplicate donation made in error.
• An incorrect donation amount submitted by mistake.
• A donation made using a stolen or unauthorized payment method.
• A technical issue on our website or donation platform.
